How does it work?

Step 1 - Get in touch

The first step is to get in touch. Send me a message through my website or any of my socials.

Knowing a little about the support you're after is a huge help.

You will be invited to a discovery call where we will go through some more in depth questions so that I can create your bespoke package quote. You can book this call directly into my diary from the Get in touch page.

Step 2 - Review the quote

A bespoke quote will be sent to your inbox and will detail everything that was discussed and what support I can offer your business.

If you are happy with the quote all you need to do is agree and sign to go to the next step. If not let me know and we can adapt.

Step 3 - Onboarding Process

Once the quote is agreed we go through the formalities of setting up a contract and the initial payment.

With those out of the way the process will begin on system access to your software, setting up of any cloud drives for sharing and setting up in my portal for access to any information you may need.

From there I will get to work on your support as agreed.

Step 4 - Ongoing review

I automatically provide weekly updates but each client is different so we will agree on frequency. This is when I update on the work and support done and the plan for the following week.

Monthly review coffee break - where we can catch up on how the support is working and if anything needs adapting going forward.

Always get in touch - if something is needed or you want to talk just send me a message or a call, there is no need to wait for a scheduled review if something is urgent.
